AI for Wedding Planners

My good friend Joel at Mike Moon Studio invited me to speak to a group of North Atlanta and North Georgia wedding planners about something close to their day to day work: how AI can actually help.

This is a practical, encouraging introduction to using AI in a wedding planner’s workflow. We look at where it genuinely helps (the first draft work that starts with a blank page), a simple five part prompt recipe, copy and paste prompts for real tasks like lead replies and planning briefs, and three guardrails for using it wisely while keeping the human part yours.
